Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. My husband had to cancel his follow up appointment and that was easy with no penalty. I am due to visit again12 December at 3.10. I phoned to check the details and all was well, a very nice receptionist. I hope we will continue to have a good relationship.

I wasn’t looking forward to visiting the hygienist but Habiba quickly put my mind at rest. She listened to my concerns and assured me that she would be careful/gentle. I was very impressed with the service I received. I had no qualms about booking a further appointment in 9 months time.
Louise the receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. I had a very positive appointment with the dentist which identified a problem and I am heading back to have it resolved in the near future so overall, very impressed with the service I received.

Arrived for my appointment with the hygienist, receptionists polite and made me welcome. Appointment on time greeted at surgery room by the the nurse, again polite Had my examination, cleaning etc and was carried out very professionally by all. Recommend this practice.well done to all.
Whilst a tooth extraction is never pleasant, the dentist was calm and re-assuring throughout, pausing whenever it was obvious…a good experience overall.
We had a fantastic experience at the dentist with my 14-year-old daughter. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated my daughter with kindness and respect, helping to ease any nerves she had. The dentist was patient, gentle, and very professional, making sure she felt comfortable throughout the appointment. It was a positive and stress-free visit, which is exactly what you hope for as a parent. Highly recommend for families and teenagers—great care and excellent service!
