I have recently been into the practice 3 times to accompany my mum, all I can say is a MASSIVE thank you to both Louise and Jodie for going above and beyond! Louise for always being the friendly face and voice from behind the reception and on the phone! And Jodie for running up and down the stairs a 100 times to get the various different pieces of equipment and such to help with the care for my mum who has to be seen in a downstairs room! You both deserve a raise! Massive appreciation to you both!
